Agreement San Marino - BYD: "Great opportunity"

San Marino has reached an agreement with BYD, a Chinese electric vehicle and battery giant with a market capitalization of $122 billion and a growing presence in Europe and globally.
BYD is an industrial and technological player active in multiple strategic sectors such as rechargeable batteries, advanced energy storage systems, and vehicle design and manufacturing, with a particular focus on electric and hybrid cars, buses, trucks, and other zero- or low-emission vehicles.
Thanks to the sandbox legislation, San Marino is starting to become an attractive territory for all those companies that make technological research their primary asset.
These are potential strategic collaborations that will enable the Republic of San Marino to reposition itself internationally, proposing itself as a favorable environment for economic development processes primarily linked to the application of new technologies and the development of new and innovative sectors.
San Marino could therefore transform its small industrial reality into a global point of reference in the field of environmental technology.
