Elleci passes the five-year exam for the renewal of its certification which ensures the quality of activities and services, both in favour of final customers and our agencies. Since 2012, as Elleci, we have been carrying out an organizational model and commercial processes that allow us to annually pass the audits imposed by certification bodies (Certiquality). In recent years, our structure has expanded and our internal and sales processes have undergone deep changes to adapt to the evolving market, everything has been organized, schematized and structured by us to focus on growth, satisfaction of our partners, customers and client agencies. Certiquality has understood and approved our procedures considering us, for the eleventh year in a row, an agency that operates according to the dictates of quality.
