Fassi Group expands its metal carpentry and sheet metal supply chain with the acquisition of Tecnove

Fassi Group, a global leader in the design and construction of articulated cranes with over 60 years of experience, has completed the acquisition of Tecnove, a company specializing in sheet metal processing and metal fabrication.
Having its headquartered in Novellara (RE), Tecnove has established itself over the years as a company capable of offering cutting-edge, high-quality technological solutions, with the aim of meeting the demands of an increasingly international clientele.
Tecnove employs more than 100 people, who will be retained during the transition to the Fassi Group.
With this acquisition, Fassi—indirectly owned by the Investindustrial Fund and with a turnover of over €500 million in 2024 and over 1,800 employees—aims to strengthen its industry leadership by continuing to invest in Italian technology and supply chains and by expanding its control and integration of its processes with distinctive technologies.
