From 17th to 19th November 2022 the fair Interpoma, the “apple fair”, will take place in Bolzano, the unique international fair in the world exclusively dedicated to apples from production to storage to sale. Interpoma is a meeting point for “apple experts”coming from 70 different countries around the world with their own ideas, products, technologies and projects. South Tyrol maintains its leadership in the apple cultivation in Europe and Interpoma, with its deep roots in the territory, was born from this and offers innovative solutions.
