NORMA Group is selling its Water Management business.
The agreement was signed today, with the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 The enterprise value of the transaction is USD 1.0 billion.
The agreement is a significant milestone in our transformation into a focused industrial supplier.
With the sale, NORMA Group can eliminate net debt, putting the company on even more sound financial footing and providing greater flexibility to expand the industrial business.
