Goldoni-Arbos signs the agreement with Keestrack: the history of Italian production is saved
04/03/2021
The agreement between the company from Migliarina di Carpi (MO) and the Belgian Keestrack was signed during the meeting that took place on March 1st. The historical agromechanics company can therefore consider itself saved from a fate that seemed to be already marked by the prospect of a liquidation agreement presented by Lovol.
The outcome of the controversy is the final passage to Keerstrack, a company specialized in the construction of industrial machinery for the quarry sector, and will take place with the full support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, which has given itself available to withstand the new investments in research, digitalisation, sustainability and training in the field of agricultural mechanization, a sector that is costantly evolving, that is becoming part of a Green perspective particularly in line with the plans scheduled by Europe.
Learning about this acquisition was like breathing a sigh of relief for many people, since not only an important part of the historical heritage of Italian production was saved in this circumstance, but considerable efforts have been made to give continuity to the activity of a world leader company and the work of its employees as well, and also to the related activities that are connected to it.
