Tourism, serious difficulties due to a lack of seasonal staff

Tourism, always more and more difficult to find staff for seasonal work, many structures in serious difficulty, lack of receptionists, cooks and waiters.
After two years of interruption, the tourism-hotel sector has lost many workers who have chosen to focus on safer and more stable professions over time.
The demand for work continues to grow but it is difficult to find seasonal staff, also highlighted by the Minister of Tourism, Massimo Garavaglia, the employment needs are around 300-350 thousand profiles.
