Strong economic growth in Emilia Romagna

Following the annual report "From recovery to structural changes: analysis and prospects for the economy of Emilia-Romagna", a rapid recovery of the regional gross domestic product (+ 6.5%) is expected and will continue during 2022 (+3.8%); the recovery could be even more positive, however partially dampened by the difficulties in supplying raw materials and by the cost of energy.
In 2021 we witnessed a significant recovery which if confirmed during 2022 will bring us back at the starting levels of 2019, in any case the growth rate of the regional economy is destined to remain high compared to the historical experience of the last decade.
