This is a Real Revolution of the CONTINUUM® TECHNOLOGY, based on bi-helical rotors, resulting in a 4-quadrant, bi-directional hydraulic machine. The CONTINUUM® 4Q® Series can work both as a pump and as a motor and in both cases bi-directionally; it is not only silent and ultra-compact, but most of all it recovers and generates energy, thus allowing to reduce energy consumption and increasing the autonomy of battery-powered vehicles (e.g., forklifts) or reducing the size and weight of the batteries installed. We expect that this internationally patented technology has a really significant impact on the hydraulic pump sector; this product will surely open new opportunities in the design of elecrtohydraulic systems..
