The only international fair dedicated exclusively to the world of apples, from production to storage to marketing.
Interpoma is a platform that brings together apple experts from 70 countries around the world with their ideas, products, technologies, projects and offers innovative solutions.
One of Interpoma's strongest point is to have roots in the territory.
With its 18,400 hectares of cultivated area, Alto Adige is the largest apple-growing region in Europe and one of the most important in the world.
