Italy, main producer of tractors with crawlers

Italy is one of the main producers of classic agricultural tractors with steel crawlers, constantly in demand in the agricultural sector and promptly satisfied by national manufacturers.
The first Italian caterpillar tractor was the FIAT 700 C produced in 1932, followed in 1939 by a tractor that went down in history, the FIAT model "40"; the current models are born by the glorious tracked models of history, show good performance, an excellent technological level, and a marked improvement in comfort for drivers.
Nowadays, the number of national manufacturers of caterpillar tractors has greatly reduced, but the demand for these machines has never stopped: in fact, as many as 9% of the registered in 2019 was from classic tracked tractors making Italy one of the countries in the world that produces the greatest use of these means.
