How we ensure the quality of our service
ELLECI was one of the earliest representative agencies to believe in the benefits of the DT58 UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification, and from 2011 (the first year of achievement) to date, 10 years and just as many consecutive certifications have passed, constantly accompanying our developement. Being a Certified Quality Representative Agency implies carrying out sales and promotion activities with great expertise, in order to ensure a constant level of satisfaction for customers and clients, and also the continuous improvement of team’s collaboration through the "Quality Regulations for DT58 Agents / Representatives" procedure.
The ultimate goal is to achieve excellence in our product market and "Quality" is the condition for gradually and realistically implementing professional improvement which, along with a structured approach to work, leads to the acquisition of a “business mindset” and “culture". For over 10 years this kind of approach has been allowing our agency to plan its processes and interactions, moreover, it allows to calculate the risks implementig preventive controls to minimize the negative effects, thus maximizing the opportunities.
In order to obtain the quality certificate, the agency's activity must be constantly monitored through various types of indicators that must be "measurable", and that have to be arranged for the next two years, in order to set long-term goals. In our opinion, if an ambition doesn’t acquire these elements, it will remain just a good intention and without a deadline, every goal is shattered. Dates, indeed, are goals aimed at empowering people to comply with a timeline that fosters by priority the arrangement of the whole work.
The certification also leads us to evaluate the Effectiveness (as the relationship between an achieved result and a pre-established goal) and Efficiency (i.e. the relationship between an achieved result and the resources used to reach it), which are two basic parameters to closely monitor the agency's activity and its collaborators’ work.
The added value that the Quality Certification gives to our Agency lies in the guarantees of the service that we are able to offer every day, which are addressed to all the interested parties: starting from the transparency of the activities and operational processes carried out in compliance with the targets set, passing through the systematic monitoring of customer satisfaction, to finally come to the quality and professionalism guaranteed by the agency in all phases of the commercial process.
