Bonaccini appointed government commissioner for the regasification plant in Emilia-Romagna: “I thank President Draghi for his trust. The task entrusted to me on behalf of the Government concerns a crucial step for the country, called to implement concrete and structural measures for progressive energy self-sufficiency and accelerate the ecological transition, and to give quick answers to the expensive bills, which are weighing so hard on people and businesses ".
Emilia-Romagna is available to become a national gas hub, thanks to the port of Ravenna, equipped with offshore infrastructures, capable of accommodating ships carrying liquefied gas, storing and regasification; also ready for the national renewable hub, through the Agnes project with wind farm and floating photovoltaic in the Adriatic.
