Soilmec machinery used for foundation works in Boston

Trevicos, the American branch of the Trevi Group, played a fundamental role in the construction of the foundation works for the new skyscraper of Boston's South Station, the use of the 51-floors building is intended for offices and homes.
The tower will be supported by eight columns in turn supported by a continuous series of foundation elements at a depth of 36 meters; the excavations featured a combination of mechanical bucket and Soilmec's SC-135 hydro-mill.
